The refund request is applicable if:
- The wrong order was delivered: Although our Quality Assurance Team works diligently to prevent such occurrences, we have this policy in place to provide customers with peace of mind.
- The delivered item was defective: We take all necessary measures to avoid this situation, but to safeguard our customers’ money, we have implemented this refund policy.
- The payment was deducted twice: If an error from the payment company causes a double deduction, you are entitled to a refund.
In case of order cancellation, the following percentages of the order amount will be refunded:
- Canceled within 24 hours: 90% refund
- Canceled within 48 hours: 50% refund
- Canceled within 72 hours: 20% refund
- Canceled after 72 hours: No refund
